When was the first time you really felt like an adult (if ever)?

Once upon a time, about the year 2001, and I still lived in Cordoba, I was finishing my first Xmas holidays of High School. Then, I started thinking I was maybe becoming and adult…

It was when I asked LEGO’s Harry Potter toy to my family. Then, I realised it would be the last time I would ask for a toy as a present.

Obviously, after finishing High School, and going to Camino de Santiago, I felt like I was a little bit more adult than before, as well.

But more and more adult, when I got my first permanent position in a job in UK.

Nevertheless, I am one of those who thinks that having a kid’s heart always make us better adults. So be kid, my friend, and you will be a great adult.

Érase una vez, allá por el año 2001, aún vivía en Córdoba, y estaba terminando mis primeras vacaciones de Navidad del instituto. Entonces, empecé a pensar que tal vez me estaba haciendo adulto…

Fue cuando pedí un juguete de LEGO Harry Potter a mi familia. Entonces, me di cuenta de que sería la última vez que pediría un juguete como regalo.

Obviamente, después de terminar el Bachillerato, e ir al Camino de Santiago, también me sentí un poco más adulto que antes.

Pero realmente adulto, cuando conseguí mi primer puesto fijo en un trabajo en el Reino Unido.

Sin embargo, soy de los que piensan que tener el corazón de un niño siempre nos hace mejores adultos. Así que sé niñ@, amig@, y serás un/a gran adult@.
