¡Muy buenos días a tod@s!

¿Cómo va ese finde? ¿Y esa Semana Santa? A mi muy bien, genial tercer día de vacaciones fue ayer y hoy a por el cuarto, que además es Domingo de Resurrección: ¡Feliz Pascua! Y a los que no celebréis y/o creáis en estas fiestas, pues ¡feliz domingo igualmente! 😃

Así es como voy a usar hoy las redes sociales, porque esta, como tantas otras, es una red que une socialmente, y diría que es la que más me gusta, así que por qué no seguir usándola más que todas aquellas que se volvieron añejas, ¿verdad?

Aparte de Domingo de Resurrección, hoy se cumplen años del lanzamiento de Windows 98, 27 años, exactamente. Nuestro amigo David Gómez de El Orden Mundial nos lo cuenta aquí estupendamente en este, una vez más, excelente episodio de su podcast Hoy en la Historia. Y vosotr@s, ¿sois de la generación de Windows 98, cuando aún no existían redes sociales? Imaginad cómo se hubiera visto y difundido este acontecimiento en aquel momento de haber existido ya Facebook, Twitter o Instagram, entre otras redes 🤓. Yo soy más de XP, la verdad, que me gustó más, quiero decir. Pues Windows 95 y 98, y alguna versión anterior a estos, también estuvo en casa por aquel entonces. Ahora ya casi no uso el ordenador, solo para el trabajo, y en casa solo para escribir en mi blog, y en contadas ocasiones 😅. ¿Qué diría aquel Bill Gates de esto? 🤣.

Good morning, everyone!

How’s the weekend going? And Easter? For me it’s going very well, great third day of holidays was yesterday and today it’s time for the fourth, which is also Easter Sunday: Happy Easter to everyone! And to those of you who don’t celebrate and/or believe in these celebrations, well, happy Sunday anyway! 😃

That’s how I’m going to use social networks today, because this, like so many others, is a network that unites socially, and I’d say it’s the one I like the most, so why not keep using it more than all those that have become stale, right?

Apart from Easter Sunday, today is the anniversary of the launch of Windows 98, twenty seven years, to be exact. Our friend David Gómez from El Orden Mundial tells us about it here in this one, once again, excellent episode from his podcast Hoy en la Historia. And you, are you from the Windows 98 generation, when there were no social networks yet? Imagine how this event would have been seen and spread at that time if Facebook, Twitter or Instagram, among other networks, had already existed 🤓. I’m more of an XP guy, to be honest, I liked it better, I mean. Windows 95 and 98, and some versions before that, were also at home. Now I hardly use the computer anymore, only for work, and at home only to write in my blog, and on rare occasions 😅. What would Bill Gates say about this? 🤣.
