¡Muy buenas tardes a tod@s!

¿Qué tal hemos pasado las dos últimas semanas desde que escribí 14 posts en tan solo 11 días, récord absoluto del blog (hasta ahora)? Antes de ayer volví a publicar, sí, pero como ya dije, fue mero re-blogueo de uno de mis seguidores. Hoy ya volvemos a la invención, y además, total, pues la pregunta de WordPress la hemos modificado sutilmente, y así se puede ajustar más a lo que veníamos a hablar hoy 🤓.

Pues, ¿qué estaba haciendo yo en el mismo instante en el que salió blanca la fumata de la Capilla Sixtina vaticana y luego dio lugar a la proclamación de León XIV como nuevo Pontífice de la Iglesia Católica?

Puede sorprenderos, pero en ese mismo instante veía la película de Mufasa – The Lion King 🦁.

Y no vamos a volver a repetir las veces en que estas Diosualidades han ocurrido en mi vida, ¿verdad? Si sois habituales en mi blog, me habréis leído ya esta palabra en más de una ocasión. Y seguirán pasando. De hecho, y en relación con la Iglesia Católica (y el fútbol, deporte que nuestro Francisco I seguía muy de cerca) estoy preparando una publicación que saldrá muy pronto, Dios mediante 😇.

Y dónde he estado estos días, os preguntaréis. Pues volví a la rutina el lunes 28 de abril, pero el 1 de mayo volví a hacer las maletas pues al día siguiente marché a Escocia a visitar a un amigo, al que he estado visitando hasta el martes 6 de mayo. Luego pillé un virus (escocés, allí también hay, no solo en China 🦠) y hasta la mañana de hoy no he podido disfrutar de la belleza de la primavera inglesa, versión Año 2025 (muy parecida a la de 2020, por cierto…🤭).

Y como no podía ser de otro modo, seguimos informándonos sobre todo lo que acontece al Nuevo Papa, y un par de días después de su proclamación, ya tenemos noticias de cómo se gestó la elección, y esta, de eldiario.es, es realmente buena. Os recomiendo la lectura. Además, ya dos días antes de su proclamación, Jesús Bastante, uno de los que escribe el artículo, ya elucubró sobre su elección, quedando publicado en el podcast del mismo diario el miércoles 7 de mayo por la mañana, cuando los cardenales apenas comenzaban a llegar a la Capilla Sixtina para el Cónclave que comenzaba esa misma tarde, y que no se alargaría mucho más de veinticuatro horas…

Hello, hello, everyone!

How have you spent the last two weeks since I wrote 14 posts in just 11 days, an absolute record in my blogsite (so far)? The day before yesterday I posted again, yes, but as I said, it was just a re-blogging from one of my followers. Today we are back to the invention, and moreover, total, because we have subtly modified today’s WordPress prompt, so it can be more in line with what we came to talk about today 🤓.

So, what I was doing at the very moment when the white smoke came out of the Vatican’s Sistine Chapel and then led to the proclamation of Leo XIV as the new Pontiff of the Roman Catholic Church?

It may surprise you, but at that very moment I was watching Mufasa – The Lion King 🦁.

And we are not going to repeat the times when these Diosualities have happened in my life, are we? If you are regulars on my blog, you will have read this word on more than one occasion. And they will continue to happen. In fact, and in relation to the Roman Catholic Church (and football, a sport that our Francis I followed very closely) I am preparing a publication that will come out very soon, God willing 😇.

And where have I been these days, you may ask. Well, I got back to my routine on Monday 28 April, but on 1 May, I packed my bags back again because the following day I went to Scotland to visit a friend, whom I’ve been visiting until Tuesday 6 May. Then I caught a virus (Scottish, there are some there too, not only in China 🦠) and until this morning I have not been able to enjoy the beauty of the English spring, Year 2025 version (very similar to 2020, by the way… 🤭).

And as could not be otherwise, we continue to be informed about everything that happens to the new Pope, and a couple of days after his proclamation, we already have news of how the election was conceived, and this one, from eldiario.es, is really good. I recommend you to read it. Moreover, two days before his proclamation, Jesús Bastante, one of the writers of this article, had already speculated about his election, which was published within the podcast from same online newspaper on Wednesday 7 May morning, when the cardinals were just beginning to arrive at the Sistine Chapel for the Conclave that was to begin that same afternoon, and which would not last much longer than twenty-four hours…
