Good morning, everyone!!!

How are you doing? How your weekend has been? Ready for a new day and week?

On yesterday, it was a special Sunday for me. For some reason, I enjoyed a lot the mass. Maybe because it was the celebration of the Ascension of Our Lord. Maybe because the priest is great. Maybe because both things. Maybe for something else. I cannot tell you exactly, but for some reason, I enjoyed it a lot. So I wanted to share with you one of the songs it was sung during it (see starting of this post).

After that, I could rest but also I couldn’t stop doing so many things, which brought me to another busy Sunday amongst others.

And as well, it was the commemoration of the recording of Give Peace a Chance by John Lennon y Yoko Ono, 56 years back, while they were at Hotel Queen Elizabeth in Montreal. Our friend David Gomez from podcast Hoy en la Historia talked us about it perfectly. Yes, again only in English, maybe we could ask the director of this podcast to record it in English as well, for his English speakers followers, especially now that is close to reach the first year anniversary of the podcast 🤓.

¿Qué tal estáis? Cómo ha ido vuestro fin de semana? ¿Preparados para un nuevo día y semana?

Ayer fue un domingo especial para mí. Por alguna razón, disfruté mucho de la misa. Quizás porque era la celebración de la Ascensión de Nuestro Señor. Tal vez porque el sacerdote es un crack. Tal vez por ambas cosas. Tal vez por algo más. No puedo decirlo con exactitud, pero por alguna razón, disfruté mucho. Por eso quería compartir con vosotros una de las canciones que se cantaron durante la misma (citada al inicio de esta entrada).

Después de eso, pude descansar, pero tampoco paré de hacer cosas, lo que me llevó a otro domingo ajetreado, como tantos otros.

Además, se conmemoraba la grabación de Give Peace a Chance por John Lennon y Yoko Ono, 56 años exactamente, mientras se encontraban en el Hotel Queen Elizabeth de Montreal. Nuestro amigo David Gómez del podcast Hoy en la Historia nos lo cuenta perfectamente.
